Stonebridge at Montgomery is a CCRC including 196 Independent Living Apartments, 24 Independent Living Cottages, 100 Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing Beds, a 50,000 SF Clubhouse and various Recreational Amenities provided across a 40 acre campus. Working closley with the development team Pike delivered occupancy of the entire community ahead of schedule and at a savings against the GMP.
